Many patients in their 50s and 60s want a facelift but are not ready for a cutting procedure. We have 5 modalities to tighten and lift the face without cutting. We offer Ultherapy, Thermage CPT, Pelleve, Thermi and Venus Viva Radiofrequency treatments. Each of these procedures has its own benefit and drawbacks. Some need to be repeated 5 times for a visible and long lasting result. Others only need to be performed once but are quite uncomfortable.
We often combine procedures such as Ultherapy with a cold laser or Mixto fractional Co2 laser for an even better result. We call it a "Super Ulthera" treatment.
All invasive procedures are performed personally by me.
My 20 year clinical experience as a Dermatologist and Surgeon allows you to get the best possible outcome in a safe and clean environment.
Please e mail me photos and we can tell you if you are a good candidate with “Forever Young Super Ultherapy”

As we get older the composition of our skin changes. Internal factors such as our genetic make-up and external factors such as nutrition, smoking, weight loss/gain, sun damage and more result in thinning of the skin and a loose crappy appearance. This can be quite distressing to patients in their late 40s and 50s.
Until a few years ago cutting surgery was the only option. Pulling the skin tightly using an arm or thigh lift results in extensive scarring and very few patients are completely happy with the resultant marks.
More recently another option has become available. The advances in laser surgery have led to the discovery of fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. The traditional CO2 laser could only be used on facial skin. The newer fractional CO2 laser (such as Mixto CO2) can now be used off the face in the chest, neck, arm, ad leg area.
I often combine this procedure with Ultherapy and Pelleve treatments (Ultrasound and Radiofrequency lifting) and obtain drastic and long lasting results.

Combination Pelleve and Mixto fractional CO2 laser for the lifting of the skin in the buttocks, knee, and elbow/arm area.
I have been practicing Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery since 1999. One of the most difficult areas to treat is the loose skin in the elbow, knee, and neck area.
Body, arm, and thigh lifts work but cause a lot of scarring and require significant downtime. I have now treated several patients with a combination of Pelleve Radiofrequency and Mixto fractional CO2 laser and achieved great results
Please research these 2 modalities on our website and e mail me directly with your photos.

I will perform a complimentary e-consult and tell you if you are a good candidate.
Several treatments over 3 months are needed but the results are quite impressive.

I have now performed over 20 Pelleve treatments in the past few weeks alone. I have to say that I am quite impressed. This device can tighten the fine lines around the mouth, eyes, and chest, and even the back of the hands with no downtime.
There is no peeling or flaking and no crusting and scabbing. I had a patient recently who had Pelleve treatment and went directly into the Studio to record a show.
We are also getting good results with tightening the skin on the elbows, knees, and thigh area. I do believe that these areas need 3-4 treatments over several months.
Please watch our video online and e mail me with photos for a free “e- consultation”.
I will let you know if you are a good candidate for the procedure and the exact fees involved.

A recent article in Wall Street Journal compares various non-surgical ways to lift the skin.
Ultherapy is determined to be the most effective of all of these modalities.
Here is the abstract of the article. I will contact WSJ to see if I am allowed to post the entire article.
Fighting Wrinkles With Heat
Fighting Wrinkles With Heat
BY LAURA JOHANNES
For people looking to combat wrinkles and sagging skin resulting from sun damage, smoking and the ravages of time, some doctors are offering an increasingly popular treatment: Just apply heat.
The treatments involve machines that heat the tissue using radio-frequency or ultrasound energy. The heat they generate stimulates the growth of collagen, a fibrous protein important in maintaining the face's youthful look, physicians say. A growing menu of options include a treatment that uses 10 tiny needles to deliver the energy; one that feels like a hot-stone massage; and another that applies extreme heat for an effective, though painful, lifting.

Summer Is the Best Time for Fillers and Injectable Treatments to Restore Volume
Summer is the ideal time to rejuvenate the face with injectable treatments, as little to no recovery time is needed
By Forever Young, Inc.
There are a number of fillers and laser procedures that are ideal for the summer months. They require no or little downtime and result in immediate improvement.
Belotero: New Hyaluronic acid filler for fine lines around the mouth and sagging eyes. Juvederm Ultra Plus XC- Long lasting filler with little to no downtime. I have seen this filler last for over 2 years! Restylane L: Perfect for fine lines and scars Radiesse: Long lasting filler to augment cheekbones and the chin. I also use this filler to fill the back of the hands. Also read about Ulthera (Ultherapy) – Ultrasound face, neck and eye lift. This can be performed in the office in as little as one hour with immediate results that improve over 6 months. The results last for several years. Finally: Clear and Brilliant laser- This fractional laser can be performed on any skin type and has only a one day downtime. Redness resolves in a few hours and there is practically no after care.
